The sheepshank. MUSIC PLAYS You’re going to start by taking the rope and making a crossing turn.
It’s a very, very simple thing to do: all I did was turn it like that.
Then take your free hand down the length of rope and pass the loop through (of what you’ve gathered up) and then just pull them together like that. Then you just hold onto the loop and then make another crossing turn with the free end and pass the loop of that through there.
And there you have a sheepshank.
